I have experience in developing Job Descriptions, under two methodologies: by Purposes and by Work Processes (described from the inputs that enter the process, activities related to the process and culminate in your final product, quality attributes of that Product and Management Measurement indicators.). I have prepared them in medium and large companies and in all economic sectors (farms, dairy, petrochemicals, clinics, optics, construction, real estate, shipyards, hotels, shoe stores and others). In some companies it has been my responsibility to implement the changes in roles, such as the training that must be given among the occupants of the positions, implement and train in the new work processes, make a diagnostic report of their weaknesses to the company, identify areas that they are being executed manually and can be automated, generate confidence in the personnel for the new roles, take the courses to familiarize the personnel with the new concepts, give induction for the occupant to elaborate the Mission of their Position.
