Research description: The purpose of the study is to identify best practices for various user tasks in Taiwan and to identify trends in the development of financial mobile apps for private customers. The deliverables: 1. List of the apps. We need to identify and classify the list of the most popular financial mobile apps services in Taiwan (mobile banking, FinTech Startups, other apps used for payments and transfers, etc.). 2. Country Summary. Information about its financial infrastructure and legislation referring to the personal finance services. Information about the most popular personal financial apps and how the financial services are usually handled by people. 3. Data. We need to get screencasts and apps functionality descriptions. Budget to be discussed. We will provide additional instructions and requirements for each deliverable.
