The application to be developed consists of emulating the Linux uptime command, which displays the time elapsed since a server was started and its idle time since it started. the app will use a file named uptime_file that contains the result as a seconds. The following example shows the format of the contents of this file: 15005117.05 6945200.26 The first number (in seconds) is the elapsed time since the server was started, and the second number (in seconds) is its idle time since it was started. The result to display for the previous file uptime_file is as follows: 17:40:06 up 173 days, 16:05 17:40:06 idle 80 days, 9:13 In this example, 17:40:06 is the current time, the server is started since 173 days 16 hours and 5 minutes and the server total idle time is 80 days 9 hours and 13 minutes.
