Experinced telemarketer needed for Life Insurance prospects

We are looking for an experienced telemarketer to generate leads/ appointments for Life & Disability Insurance /Retirement Planning in South Florida. This will be for 20 hrs/wk @ $3/hr plus bonuses( approx 15-$50 US) for closed sales. Google Sheet notifications will send updates on leads of people that are interested and we will set the appointments and start the sales process. Call lists, scripts, schedule of specific days/ hours to call and instructions on how to disposition calls will be provided. Knowledge of Life Insurance and related products helpful but not necessary. We do require that you have experience, a clear speaking voice, excellent English and listening skills and that you do NOT say "sir" or "madam" every third word or ask " how are you doing?" (Experienced people will understand this.) *Please be advised we can not hire someone with a heavy accent. Must have experience on how to document calls, logging hours in your work diary( auto-tracked) and be able to make 50-80 calls per hour calling from a dedicated phone number with a local area code:( 561 or 954 ).
