I was excited to see your opening for a Sales Representative, and I hope to be invited for an interview.
My background includes serving as a customer service representative within both call-center and retail environments. Most recently, I worked as a sales assistant at Qatar Duty Free, where my responsibilities included maximizing sales, handling customer merchandise returns, flagging damaged merchandise, replenishing stocks and do cashiering while providing world class service.
Previously, I worked within high-volume customer-support call centers for a major telecommunications carrier, travel company and an online retailer. In these positions, I demonstrated the ability to resolve a variety of issues and complaints (such as billing disputes, service interruptions or cutoffs, equipment malfunctions, booking, making changes and cancellations of hotel, flight and car rental, process return/exchange of merchandise, tracking of packages and process orders.).
