Sales, Telemarketing and Customer Relations

*** This project is only for teams (3 people) Hi, I am looking to outsource my sales to a responsible and reliable team. I have a self-funded start-up: a website that promotes special deals and discounts on products, services and experiences in the city. The team should mainly call local companies and convince them to offer a discount and be featured on our website. WORK PROCESS IN SHORT: 1) Approach new customers through the phone (cold calling) – we will provide you with leads which you should call, but you will have to do your own lead-sourcing as well. 2) Deal negotiation – negotiate deals with our potential partners and write the deal description text for the contract and for placing it on our website. 3) Sign the e-contract – prepare and sign it using the contract template and our e-signing software. 4) Publish the deal on our platform. YOUR TOOLS (which I will provide): 1) GMAIL – your professional e-mail for communication with clients, internal communication and accessing other company software (name @[login to view URL]). 2) SKYPE – tool for calling, internal communication and conference calls. You will have a Skype phone number and auto-refillable Skype credit to call. 3) ZOHO CRM – our online Customer Relationship Management Database which contains all the information about the partners, deals, contacts etc. There you have your list of potential companies to contact and there you register other companies you find. 4) SIGNREQUEST – our e-signature software to create and sign the contracts with the companies. REQUIREMENTS FOR THE SALES PEOPLE: - Fluent (both speaking and writing) in English - Good computer literacy (e-mail, word, excel, internet research) - High energy level and great communication skills - Sales experience - Telemarketing experience - Persuasion and negotiating skills I need to have 3 sales people who will work full-time on my project and a manager who will supervise them and keep them accountable. We will have a training session at the beginning, where I will explain the product and workflow. I will always be at reach if you have questions or need support. My maximum budget is 360 euros/month per person + 10% commission from sales (1080 Euros/month in total +10% commison). If you fit in the budget, please send me your proposal, as I am contacting more companies. If your price is higher however, please do not contact me, as I can't pay more.
