pdf extract and input of key information in php system

New process: * The pharmacy to print all the invoices to a pdf file * The pharmacy logs in to capital guardians (their profile) * The pharmacy to upload the pdf file (with multiple invoices) * The system automatically: * separates invoices for different customers * extracts the invoice or statement number off the invoice * extracts the customer number (account number) off the invoice (that will match one saved in capital guardians ... "Supplier ID") * extracts the total invoice value (including GST) * attaches the separated invoice pdfs as readable pdf files to an invoice record (see Fig 1, invoice record a row in this view) and saves the invoice/statement number, value with a predefined description in "description". * The pharmacy presses submit and all invoicing is done. Separated invoice records are recorded with pdf. ... a list is show of all correct records for the supplier/pharmacy to approve. (the system needs to recognise the individual invoices, customer number and value $ from a pdf statement, and split the pdf ... saving all this information in Capital Guardians.) There will probably need to be either: coordinate parameters or other text identifiers (ie what to look for when a new invoice/page break exists and what the account number looks like) saved for each particular supplier to enable this to work with invoices that are formatted differently. Ideally, administration would load up an example invoice and visually identify the key areas: invoice/statement number; customer number and identified by the "Supplier ID"; and the invoice value with two decimals.
