Nginx conn user error 503

dont reply if you dont know about NGINX
i am running nginx webserver with conn_user zone
and forcing 1 client to conenct once at a time
if client connect 2nd time it should get 503 error
problem is while client try to connect many time then nginx start send 503 to all client instead of 1 client, then no body can not connect to sebserver untill i killall nginx and restart nginx
this is /etc/nginx/[url removed, login to view]

Hello, sir You have misconfigured Nginx, becouse set limit to per vhost but forgot set limit per server. So, than situation with 503 can be easy resolve.
