RSS to Website/Forum Poster

I frequently Visit a specific forum and need a nice simple RSS poster created.

Requirements:

1. Post Recent News from RSS Feeds into 2 Specific Forums/Boards

2. Log In UserFace to Add more RSS Feeds.

3. Post RSS Feeds with Specific Commands.

4. Store recent Posts in a MYSQL Database for Memory to never duplicate the posting, The site has a strict rule against spam.

I will let you know my specific board(s) during the interview.

I would Like it if the Title of the News could be bolded [b] and links have the [url] tag wrapped around it.
