Anesthesia Billing Office

I am developing a billing application for our anesthesia practice. I have been working with a developer who has a handle on the project from a coding standpoint however, we feel that a scrum master would help focus our efforts. At this time, all we are looking for is a scrum master to help us implement scrum. Perhaps we would need other resources in the future as the project progresses.
