We are a web design Company specialized in outsourcing freelances and companies for the development of our customers' projects.

Currently, we urgently need a SEO Expert, for the positioning webs designed in Joomla and Virtuemart, into the main search engines in Spain as well as in the rest of the world.

We are looking for a Company or freelance that knows how to install the best SEO contributions for Joomla, configurate them and put MegaTags and keywords, and that he is also up to date about the updated versions of this installed contributions and any new ones.

Our customers' projects will all be as follows:

Our customer will provide 25 keywords.

Such keywords must be evaluated and reviewed to ensure that they are the right ones to get the best possible results.

After this review, a list must be given to the customer with the suggested amendments, and once it is finally approved by the client, they will work with the agreed 25 keywords during one year.

Maximum two languages (spanish-english)

A report including the position of the keywords in the main serach engines ([url removed, login to view], [url removed, login to view], [url removed, login to view], [url removed, login to view] y [url removed, login to view], [url removed, login to view], [url removed, login to view], [url removed, login to view]) must be sent to the client each month.

We do not guarantee the positioning, but it is very important that you can get the best possible position and at least a few of them within the first 5 position, otherwise it will be very difficult to get the client to renew the web positioning.

- No spammer for upload links.

- Banneos excluded.

- Page Rank 2 o superior for the future.

Duration of the project:

The work is to be carried out during one year with the obligatory monthly reports as explained above.

Communication:

It's required the knowledge of Spanish language in order to keep constant communication with us and to be able to perform the SEO strategics, and index of the web pages (90% of our clients would like to position their webs in Spanish search engines and in spanish language).

Please indicate in your offers how will be your methods of work, communication process, payment policies, guarantees, and demonstrable experience...

We will just take into consideration qualified comitted people that are interested in performing a continuous efficient work for all our clients' projects during one year.

Discretion, professionalism and high demonstrable experience is SEO with Joomla and Virtuemar is required.

We are not the end customer:

Since we are not the end customer, but intermediaries who offer continuous work, we require distribution prices.

Cost of the project:

Payment will be effected at the end of each month, once the report has been duly sent to the client (direct debit from our bank account could be arranged)

The total amount per year is 900 Euros (75 Euros per month), for each domain. (For example if you work with 2 domains, total to be remitted would be 1800 Euros, 150 Euros per month).

Agreement:

A contract including privacy and data protection policy is to be signed by both parties (the freelancer or outsourcing Company and our Company).

Cancellation of the service:

Any delay in sending the monthly reports, lack of communication, irresponsibility, inssuficient results within the first 3 months, will cause the inmmediate cancellation of the contract and the correspondant refund of any payment already made.

Somos una empresa de diseño web especializada en la subcontratación de freelances o empresas para el desarrollo de los proyectos que nos solicitan nuestros clientes.

Actualmente, nos urge EXPERTO en SEO, para posicionar páginas diseñadas en Joomla y Virtuemart en los principales buscadores tanto de España como del resto del mundo.

Requerimientos mínimos:

- Análisis del posicionamiento actual de su site + PageRank de Google.

- Auditoría web para abordar la estrategia SEO.

- Propuesta de contenidos, frases y palabras clave, encabezados, remarcados, negritas, etc...

- Creación e indexación sitemap y robots.

- Indexación semanal de la web mediante promotor web.

- Indexación manual en: Google, Yahoo, ASK, MSN, Bing y HotBot.

- Seguimiento del trabajo mediante Google Analytics y Webmaster Tools.

- Campaña de enlaces externos y anuncios clasificados apuntando al site.

- Informe mensual sobre el trabajo realizado y resultados obtenidos.

- Transparencia en las acciones (técnicas aprobadas por los spyders)

- Tecnología White Hat SEO.

- Link Building sin redireccionamientos ni cloacking (mínimo 10 enlaces de alta calidad al mes).

No somos cliente final:

Ofrecemos trabajo continuado, por lo que requerimos precios de distribución, ya que no somos cliente final, sino un intermediario.

Coste del proyecto:

Se pagara mensualmente a final de mes, una vez enviado el informe correspondiente (se puede domiciliar los cobros a nuestra cuenta bancaria).

El importe anual es 900 Euros (75 Euros mensuales), por cada dominio (Ejemplo si se trabaja con 2 dominios el importe a pagar seria de: 1800 Euros al año - 150 Euros al mes)

Acuerdo:

Se firmara un contrato de confidencialidad y protección de datos entre el contratante y nuestra empresa.

Anulación del servicio:

Cualquier retraso en el envío de los informes mensuales, falta de comunicación, falta de seriedad y profesionalidad, escasos resultados en los 3 primeros meses... será motivo de anulación del contrato y devolución del importe pagado.
