Installation of an Old vBulletin forum

Hi This project has two parts: 1. I have the files of an old vBulletin forums and its database. I need some help/consultancy from a freelancer with sound knowledge of vBulletin to help me to install the full forum website in my new cPanel hosting. You do not need to install the forum software and website yourself. I need to learn so I will do it but the freelancer will be my Tutor or consultant. It is a simple job I think. Lowest bidder will win the project. 2. This one is an old forum and I don't have active members now. I need to make this forum again active like before with more organic traffic. Can you help me with that? In the second part, I will need active help from the freelancer. You may need to post in different forums of MY NICHE only and target audience to my forum by posting curious posts in those forums. The second part of the project can run per month basis. It is also a very easy job. Hardly it will take 2-3 hours work per week. Excellent opportunity for Part-timers. My niche is Occult, Paganism, Black Magick etc. Second Part will be paid on hourly basis. If you understand the whole project clearly, then only you may bid.
