Help with SharePoint List custom formatting

I have a SharePoint list I want help setting up custom formatting for. I don't want you to do it for me because our site is security sensitive. I'll need you to supply JSON formatting code, Lookup code etc for the tasks I require. I am using the new sharepoint experience, and don't want any custom solutions. Everything done must be out of the box or labelled impossible.
1. Due date fields to be red when date is less than or equal to today, and field in "Status" column is not "Complete"
2. QuoteNo field needed to display a link symbol, a number from a column not in view, and link to a URL also not in view.
3. If possible, an "Edit" column with a button that opens the item in edit view. The inbuilt one doesn't seem to be showing up even though it is enabled.
If you can accomplish these easily, there will be more work as the development progresses further.
