Hi, I head-up the Australian office at Gleam futures, a talent management agency dedicated to digital first talent. We are HQed in London and have offices in LA and Sydney. We represent 50 lighthouse social talent, amongst them Zoella, Tanya Burr, Marcus Butler. We are intending to launch a new social offering and we are looking to work with a paid social expert to help us roll-out the solution and lead the management of paid social activities in the future. State of play The new social product is called Talent+. Essentially, Talent+ is an effective social performance solution that leverages the power of digital-first talent. We guarantee creative and brand-aligned content along with fully-optimised media strategies. We have unique access to our talent’s data and we can whitelist their channels to amplify/boost talent-produced posts. Our Talent+ lead and the team in the UK have already created case studies of successful test campaigns with lighthouse brands showing an uplift in VTR/CTR/ER and cheaper CPC/CPV than market average - see attachments. We intend to roll-out this offering in Australia in the next 4-6 weeks and we are currently looking for the right partner (preferably based in Australia). Scope of work 1. Mediaplan: Our current mediaplan needs to be updated with Australian data and benchmarks. We want to optimise lower funnel metrics through effective paid social strategies. I have attached a template of mediaplan used by our UK team recently. The main audiences targeted in the document are talent’s lookalikes. I am keen to have a comprehensive overview of all targeting options available and estimated rates and results. We are keen to find model where we maximise the profit through guaranteed results. Campaign management: I am keen to understand the details of the premium package that you can offer for always-on management of Gleam futures’ paid social activities moving forward.
