Create an "Blueprint NODE" writen in C++ For UE4

I need someone with EXPIERENCE with UE4 Coding, to write me an small C++ Blueprint Callable Node, wich will be able to change the Actors LevelPath. To define the Given Level i use the absolute Level Path: "/Game/b_Level/GroundFloor_A/FloorGroups/UEDPIE_0_FG8 "

HINT: RAMA Victory Plugin posses an "Spawn into Level Actor" NODE wich might be usefull to look into( Avaible on GitHub)
