Looking for an experienced Solidity developer to develop a Smart Contract on the Ethereum Blockchain based on the parameters outlined in the attached file. Proficient in ERC 223 protocols and the security measures required to protect against hackers. Purpose of Token/Coin being developed: Issue Token/Coins are to raise funds for expanding the Agrifacture International Ltd and its subsidiaries constructing and operating ready to eat fresh greens production facilities in USA and other countries. Token/Coin is an Over the Counter (OTC) Futures Derivative representing the forward value of company assets derived from the production of agricultural products through Automated Controlled Environmental Systems (ACES). Also, to fund Advance Agricultural Automation, Energy Efficiency, Energy Production and Equipment Leasing. Hello, i'm interested in your project. I write smart contracts with any requirement, ICOs, vaults, airdrops, scrows... i can help you to complete your project. One important thing, ERC223 is not yet an official standar so i really recommend you to use the ERC20 standar, also you have requested to use Zeppelin libraries and there is not any ERC223 in Zeppelin. Also you wish to recive Bitcoins in your ICO, Bitcoins can't be automaticly credited, it have to be done by hand.
