Get Weight from Weigh Scales and save it in a Small Txt File. The EXE must be able to run in a DOS window.

We have a weighing scale that gets connected to PC through serial (RS-232) port. We would like to be able to set the COMx Port / Baud / Databits/ Stop Bits in a Txt (Setup) file. we would also like to have a file with the "SEND" Characters (Ex: W + ^CR) (This can also be in a Setup file) when the EXE file is called, It Grabs the "SEND" characters sends them to the PORT in the Setup File and and receives Characters with the Weight and saves them to a txt file: (Ex: [login to view URL]). Thats it. Just to Recap: 1.) Small size exe. (Runs in DOS Command Window from Win 7) 2.) Allow us to set "SEND" characters. 3.) Allow us to set COM Port / Baud / Data Bits / Stop Bits / Parity 4.) Save to Txt file. (We will read this file then Delete it each time we run the EXE file)
