Briefly, the project is about Implementing a program in python that receives as parameters by the line of commands the path to an image file and an additional natural N number, which should be between 1 and 10. The program should then calculate the histogram of the image for all scales between 1 × (original image) and the entered number as a parameter (maximum 10 ×). For each of said image sizes, it should compute the histogram in three different ways:
1. Using pure python code, based on for loops and not using any libraries support.
2. By using the [login to view URL] function.
3. By using a function implemented natively in C, compiled to a dynamic library, and loaded and executed from the python code doing use of the ctypes library
There is alsoo need of Latex for documentation and Git.
