1-We have a client who needs help in employee recruitment.
2-He ask us to create an automated capture system to catch the data from a listing of a new job.
3-We need to take the posted job credentials from a specific field (always the same) on a .doc [login to view URL] documents and store in them transition database.
4-Then the credentials need to be automatically transferred into another system (a web scraper) who will search and find potentially qualified applicants in relation with the most important credentials.
5- All this data access then need to be completely web base or cloud base and fully secure (access and data storage).
6- The next step is to put the applicant credential into the existing client ATS Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
7- The ATS will then be able to finish the hiring steps till the interview with the recruiter.
8- The system need the be designed in 30 days - architecture and functional another 30 days - approbation 10 days
9- ATS set-up management (we are allowing 10 extra hours to manage and guide our internal team in this step)
10 - developed new application now needs to be linked to the ATS
11- Beta version is now ready.
12- Hire beta testers (at least 5) (we are allowing 10 extra hours to manage the tests and submit a report)
13 - Application to be refurbish according to beta version testers, comments report
14- Pre - Version of the application to be launched and test again by senior beta testers
* (at least 2) (we are allowing 8 extra hours to manage the tests and submit a report - identifying bugs)
15- After fixing bugs and publishing V1.01 of the application
16- We need to write a basic user manual and a video library on How to use the system
17 - We need to create and publish a FAQ - We will allow a reasonable budget for graphics designers
18- We understand that the access user right / user - password will be set in a user profile management panel
* Required security and other credentials will supply later on
* System need to be able to manage simultaneously from 25 to 250 applications
19- Any other item, task you will recommend to be added.
