Hello I think not everything is clear from your project description. First of all the skill you chose is Software Architecture, which is about programming languages and things like that :) The skill you need is building architecture I think. Then, you didn't mentioned in which format you provide plans - archicad, DWG, PDF... And you only need floor plans or other drawings too (elevations, sections)? I made max bid and for that price I can convert to archicad any format I mentioned below, it will be 3d archicad model, even can do some simple rendering like in your attachement (archicad render with simple photoshop post production work) If you don't need render but plans are not complete or needs changing + sections and elevations, then I can do that for 200. If you'll send Archicad file and you just need some tweaking of only floor plans, then it's really simple and I can do that for 110. In description you mentioned graphic design, what do you mean exactly? Also you said plans must be colored, can show me example? You can write me message with detailed description and if it's different from listed below I can tell new price. Then I'll edit bid respectively. (sorry if I made it complicated) :) Now about me.
