in regards to ensuring the files stay "Hot", you'll want to create a Python script using the boto3 AWS SDK for Python that would read all of the filenames within /bwnvideo/wp-content/uploads/preview/ and /bwnvideo/wp-content/uploads/videos/. This would then iterate through those file names to make a request to [login to view URL] or [login to view URL] Then you would want to setup a server-side cronjob to execute that python script. The python script would need AWS IAM credentials that allows for the listing of objects from the associated S3 bucket.

I was unaware of the restrictions placed on the bucket so that completely explains the 403 errors I saw this morning.
