Hello, I am looking for an individual knowledgeable in Python to create a script that will download historical forex data for currencies. The broker is Oanda and they offer a API that allows for the download of historical data. Unfortunately it only allows 5000 returns per request. If their is a way to loop multiple requests, allow me to update data and save all the data as CSV file that would be great.

Hello I worked with lots of similar forex APIs using different programming languages. Also, I have about couple of years of experience with Python. I am investigating OAnda API, I believe there should be option to make loop to retrieve every historical data. AOnda API v2.0 Documentation wrote that they provide "Access historical pricing information dating back to 2005" I think it's possible to complete in 1,5 hrs
