I need you to develop some software for me. I would like this software to be developed for Linux . Raspeberry pi3 as Repeater with Captive Portal to accept payments via Payment Gateway.  Prepare Raspberry Pi 3 for the following task -1. Act as a repeater to an external Wifi netowk with Captive Portal with restricted Internet access

2. Show a basic HTML page with options for payment amounts on Captive portal Login screen on Mobile Phone3. Once payment amount is selected take the user to external Browser and enable the internet for 5 minutes to make the payment.
