Raspberry python opencv picamera multithread

Hi, I am an electronics engineer working on vision-based application. My area of expertise is in computer-vision based applications using machine learning. Most of the projects I have done and currently doing are using python and I have experience in python programming, specially with opencv, numpy and multi-threading/processing. Moreover I have worked with raspberry pi for various application. From my knowledge and experience, I am sure that I can do this task successfully.
