⁃ It needs to reflect the fields and design (order and grouped fields labeled with SubTitles) as in the attached document.

⁃ It requires information (reports) to be filtered by month, date, country, sector, type of activity
⁃ The report field “In-kind contribution” is comprised of with two fields allowing text and amount as values.
⁃ Should allow to enter and modify as needed, custom proprietary text for drop down options (metadata fields for controlled choice menus).
⁃ It has to include a series of fields in a form when creating a new activity report or editing an existing one.
⁃ Fields could be: text, numeric, selectable drop down (from predefined lists).
⁃ There are some fields that should allow for multiple values, entered as Repeating rows (i.e. Sub-Activities, Participation Programs, In-Kind Contribution)
⁃ Set default grouping by country and then by year then by month, also a clickable view in calendar mode showing activities and sub-activities (using their due date, and setting a color code depending on its due date (green: more than two weeks ahead due date, yellow: within the week of due date, red: over due).
⁃ Should have an option to print each report alone, not including the rest of the enclosing web page, so we avoid printing the website template, we are only interested in printing the content of the activity, most likely resembling a report of only the activity.
⁃ Show statistics, like a report of number of activities, sub-activities, per sector, list the over due ones, or near to due date, etc...
⁃ Generate reports of activities of same sector, type, a
⁃ Capable of saving/exporting the individual entries (activity report) into PDF. Recommend possible OOTB solutions for this.
⁃ Custom search bar with option to filter at the same time
⁃ A button to reset all filters (bring them back to original, default state)
⁃ Provide an user manual
⁃ Application must be working 100% in the production environment to be considered delivered.
⁃ Provided an example form in Word with the values needed.
