Speed up Python Script

with use of another Python library (available for all OSes) instead of ecdsa for generating a public key from the private one, significant speed up is achieved, as already mentioned of 22.5 times. with that and reading of the file into an internal data structure for quicker address checkup the improved script will be instantly provided. greets, srdjan
