Hi, I believe I might be able to help you with this project, but I'd like to find out a few more details about it before committing to it. E.g., whether your project needs a GUI, whether it needs to run over the internet or a LAN etc. I've been working for some time now on Windows, and, although I'm not intimately familiar with all the APIs required to fulfill this task, I believe I can manage to get the application running within a few days.
