Write some software

I need you to develop some software for me. I would like this software to be developed for Windows using SQL. Hi,I need 3 basic web front ends to a SQL db, also incorporating a 2d barcode scan. Here is my use case: A laboratory user enters data into fields (no more than 10 eg. case number, full name, dob etc) in a browser based form and prints out 2d barcodes in user specified increments eg a1,a2,a3,a4,a5, b1,b2,b3 and so on. The print function just needs to be an export to file (xml or csv) for printing software to consume. The next persona at another workstation will scan any of the above barcodes which brings up the details on their browser based form. They will then need to print additional jobs, similar increments, by way of another export file. Then this process is pretty much repeated for the 3rd persona at another workstation who will also scan a barcode, details appear on the screen and more print jobs exported as [login to view URL] is a laboratory [login to view URL] in summary i need browser based forms for 3 different personas, each persona will have slightly different fields exposed with barcode scanning/retrieval. Would like something that is easy (so I can do it) to maintain, eg. To update fields. SQL (MySQL?) DB to live on a workstation or server on LAN that the 3 personas connect to. Hope this makes sense!
