Develop Windows Phone 8.1 App

I'm looking for a windows phone developer who can develop a windows Phone 8.1 app. Please read the functional design first before bidding on this project. Deadline: End of November 2014 Available: Complete Functional design of the App App Mockups & Wire-frames Language: C# or VB.Net App description: This app is used to develop analogue films with multi-step timer for each step in the development process. The smart and easy to use interface lets the user adjust film development times for each step in the process. Furthermore the apps stores multiple recipes for different types of film processing: C-41, E-6 and Black and White film types. To create new recipes there are standard steps presented to the user for the different development processes, which are also highly customizable if the user wants to add/remove steps. This multi-step film development timer’s setup helps the user to achieve the same consistent results each time a film is developed. During the film developing process there are visual and or sound notifications when to agitate the development tank or go to the next step in the process.
