I would like to have a software or script that allows me to send emails automatically to users that publish their listings on some website in a specific category of the website. For example, every time a new user publishes a listing in the category "Motors" of [login to view URL] the software send to this user an automatic email saying "Hello". Please note that I'm not the owner of the website so I don't have access to any sort of database the website owner may have

I could write you a java program or a python script for this particular job.. I will use libraties such as selenium to check when a person publishes something and other libraries to send emails. Propably you will have to do some configuration in your pc.
