Description I am looking for a professional programming to implement the following: We have Voice gateway from PORTech MV-374 (kindly find the link). We need from this software to send and receive the sms. This gateway will be connected to network so we would like the software able us to access through any where with maximum access until 5 at same time. The major this is the interface will be in Arabic. And sending and receiving in Arabic. [login to view URL] The features which we are needed: - the software will be able to integrate with multi sms gateway (maxim 5) - ability to send and receiving sms in Arabic and English. - ability to multi access in same time. - software interface in Arabic - ability to add contact with three phone number with details and photo. - ability to add groups and send sms to specific group. - ability to send bulk sms to all contact in software. - ability to schedule the sms to remind the contact. - ability to connect to NTP network time server ( IP address ). - ability to add users to login software ( multi users ). - notifications receiving sms - sms sending status - ability to know even the sms reach the destination through sms report - option ( ability to make domain name in sms ) - The gateway not connected to internet. inbox me if you can do it my budget is $50 last
