Wanted Resume Extractor

I need a programmer that has experience with extracting resumes from JOB Sites and has an existing extractor. I need an extractor that pulls thousands of resumes from job sites or other sources. Data Must be in csv. format Extractor should pull Only Resumes of people interested in Jobs for only these categories: Sales Biz Dev Marketing Telecommuting Advertising Extractor should extract data that list their: Name, Email, Phone,Date and Type of Job they seek. The program should pull USA Resumes extract email and send back a response automatically. Winning bidder must experience with extraction programs that pull from Job sites. Please show demos, examples etc. of past experience. I would get all rights to the software. Or a working software program may already be in existence. Let me know.
