I designed roll up doors for Dynatect Mfg. such as you show in the video. The motorized mechanism for this could be done relatively simple. Do you have a door already? Is this something to be added to that? Do you need a design from scratch including the gate/door? Outside of those questions. Is designing in how the mechanism is going to activated included in this? What is the size of the door/gate? Is it's intended use as shown in the video? Apologies for questions and not a clear proposal, but after 20+ years in product development this is not as cut and dry to me as it may seem. There is far more involved in this, but I can get you a concept for your top bid amount.
