Mechanical 3D parts+drawings

The 3D part + drawing will be recreated from scanned "Blue Print" (quality not all the time great).
The part + drawing should be Solidworks 2017 version only.
Complicated part (2+ parts) should be "multibody" version, and "cut-list" should be used in drawing.
The drawing should be without title block, and be identical to the "Blue Print".
All that for a very (extremally) low price for each part+drawing.
In total I have a lot of "Blue Prints" to reproduce.
