I am a finance professional (Banker) working on a research paper related to economics and financial markets.
The research's title is there a relationship between financial market development and economic growth: the case of the GC countries.
in order to study the relationship between all indicators, as I first step I specified 3 main financial market indicators: domestic savings, real gap growth and fiscal spending.
I need to run a principle component analysis on all 3 indicators to be able to choose a single proxy for financial market development.
Is there anyway someone could help me run the PCA on my available data? and interpret the result ?
This would a constitute the start of my analysis as I need in a second step to run a regression on the Economic development indicators and the newly found financial market development proxy.
In the uploaded excel sheet I have domestic savings, real gap growth and fiscal spending for all GCC countries between 2000-2016
