Hi. I'm experienced c# developer with big administrating background. Your issue could be result of many possible issues. I will specify few samples: 1. Slow DB exchange. For example you have big transactions, that lock many tables for accessing from other transactions. and all requests wait this transaction to complete. This could be resolved for example with indexing, or redesigning db or split big transaction to few small. 2. CPU overload, if your code produce big math or something like that, you could issue problems with CPU, in this case your server will slow down. need to increase servers count or redesign code. 3. Out of memory, app going to page file. if your app manage big structures your server could out of memory. in this case need to increase memory size, increase servers count, redesign code 4. Also application pool could be broken due bugs in code and will be shutdown, then it will restart, in this case you will see periodically freezes. this will require to eliminate bugs
