Needing a QUICK-FIX to Tableau

On Tableau , when your csv files have same column labels ie same column names as before, except the columns now contain new Category data inside, when you reload into Tableau, I am surprise the Dashboard won't refresh to reflect the new Categorical data, but goes blank completely. Yet I Don't want to manually drag in all column names once more again. Is there a QUICK-FIX to this? I want QUICKWIN SOLUTIONS. Requirement is for the fix to be done by working remotely on my Local Windows Machine via Teamviewer Login access. Milestone to be not subject to upfront release until project is fully completed and fully delivered to me. Milestone to be not subjected to further price increment after project is started, as the details of the project scope were already all communicated above,.
