I am looking for a reputable and authorised call centre / BPO specifically in Islamabad. Your company will be situated in Islamabad or surrounding areas and be fully equipped to handle and take on a demanding international client which is wholly focused on results.
You will have all the necessary call structures, software and applications, technology and necessary licensing, authorisation in place. We have specific requirements such as language, ability to work around GMT timings, 6 days a week and all to be supported with strict daily deadlines and targets.
In return we are willing to compensate competitively and forge a lucrative arrangement with the right organisation. We are delivery and results focused, anything less will not be considered.
I am looking to fulfill the following requirements for a recently acquired project to begin in the next few weeks.
The entire operations is based in the FMCG space - food / soft drinks / juices / dairy products wholesale and distribution.
1. 6 X Inbound / Outbound call centre representatives both male and female working on GMT timing, calling small to large sized businesses for the catering supply, food and drink distributions across the UK
2. All agents will be at expert level in British accents (testing will take place) and the following languages other than Urdu are required for different agents.

3. CRM Data Entry
4. Online marketing support individual, designing weekly / monthly food and soft drink brochures to send to clients
With this specific project we are not looking to work with start ups, but only established companies who are well equipped to take on board such a requirement.
