Designing an motorized storage expansion mechanism

We are looking for a designer to improve on or validate an in-progress design of an automated fold-out expansion to a large storage unit (similar to a freight container), please see the illustration in the attachment. We need assistance in developing the best possible solution in mechanism design, overall simplicity, and especially safety and stability. Specifications. --Est. Size, in compact stage: 8’ x 8’ x 20’ --Est. Size, in expanded stage: 22’ x 8’ x 20’ --Weight: less than 3500 lbs --Payload, Main Unit: no less than 15000 lbs --Payload, Side Units: no less than 4000 lbs for each --Material: steel frame with laminated sidings --Power Supply, main: 110VAV --Power Supply, alternative: 12VDC --Durability: no less than 3000 times of operation --Safety and stability:The whole unit should be hermetic, heat-insulated, and be able to withstand strong wind gusts. The units may be deployed on unpaved ground, the main and side units should be able to keep even when the terrain is slightly uneven. NOTES: --The job involves several stages, 1 propose the possible mechanism(s) breifly 2. verify the proposal and build a model.(if the practicality can be proven by computer demonstration, there is no need to build a physical model.) 3 CAD drawing (the detailed drawings for all components will be needed). 4 if the design gets approved, coolaborate with fabrication team to build prototype. --Each of the steps will be committed upon the satisfaction of previous step. --Non Disclosure Agreement is required. We are requesting interested candidates to present their idea by November 20. After we review all proposals, our team will vote for the winning submission. The result will be posted here, and the job will then be assigned to the winning designer.
