Do some 3D Modelling

We are seeking an engineer to develop an automated lift system for a mobile shipping/storage container such that when the container is at rest, an automated lift system would raise nested walls to create a second story for the container, but when in motion, the expansion walls would rest within the unit, please see the illustration in the attachment. We specifically are looking for a designer who can aid with creating a mechanism that ensures stability, safety, and simplicity. Specifications. --Est. Size, in compact stage: 8’ x 8’ x 20’ --Est. Size, in lifted stage: 8’ x 16’ x 20’ --Weight: less than 4000 lbs --Payload, Main Unit: no less than 15000 lbs --Payload, Upper Unit: no less than 3500 lbs --Material: steel frame with laminated sidings --Power Supply, main: 110VAV --Power Supply, alternative: 12VDC --Durability: no less than 3000 times of operation --Safety and stability:The whole unit should be hermetic, heat-insulated, and be able to withstand strong wind gusts. The units may be deployed on unpaved ground, the main and side units should be able to keep even when the terrain is slightly uneven.
