CSS Animations- Designer and Coder

Software company looking to outsource a project that is 35-40 hours to a web designer with the following qualifications: -can code and design, knows LESS/SASS/SCSS and a solid understanding of design principles -has experience with CSS animations -has a portfolio of beautiful, modern websites and web applications for us to view (it should speak for itself) -ability to follow style and branding guide -experience designing custom iconography -can collaborate in realtime throughout design process, ability to take direction is key Project requires adjusting CSS of our already existing web application and polishing components of already-existing designs, detail-by-detail. Looking for someone detail-oriented who can create aesthetically pleasing designs under our direction. More information will be provided upon further engagement.
