Dear Sir, 10+ years experience in the field of mechanical design and cad design including 2d and 3d designing software. I will recreate the screw as per .obj file provided with modifications you require. The quality of the new 3d model will be superior. I will use Creo software and output will be provided in .obj, .stl etc file format as required.
