Create a 3d part model from the drawing provided

Hello, I am a mechanical design engineer with 19 years experience in Canada. I using SolidWorks since 2001 and AutoCad from1996. For me is a very easy 2D drawing to be converted to 3D model. The file will be saved as .stp format and .x_t. Just to clarify the Detail Scale 10:1 There is a dimension 54.4 mm 0.3 mm deep. Is it a key way seat? I do not see the width for this feature. I am available to convert more files in 3D if you do have more. Today I am going to create the 3D model. I am new on this site, freelancer because I was looking for a job and I found this site. I do not have a history, but I created my portofolio with some of my projects. I let you know that I made thousands of drawings over the years.
