**you need to be showcase your models library to start on this job** I have a project of Road. I want to animate it. I will need to showcase Toll hubs, Parking lots, buildings (side through road, city environment) I want to show as many vehicles as we can, all kind of vehicle. I want to show traffic lights/signals. cross roads. bus stops. etc. Before I start I want to see what models you have in your library, I understand its impossible to have all with one person (unless he has very good library, ) so in that case I will see how much I can found with you and remaining I will purchase and give you. contact me with your models library (jpegs enough) and we will discuss further.
