Need to creates an animated gif showing two circles side by side. Inside each circle is a rectangular drawing (called rotor). On the left circle, the rotor will rotate by 1degree at every frame. On the right circle, the rotor will move every 60 frames by 60 degrees. The result is that the left circle will show smooth rotation. The right circle will show jumpy rotation. Use the uploaded circles ([url removed, login to view]) and the rotor.png. [url removed, login to view] shows the rotor in the middle of the stator.
