designing and animating 4 "movies"/"Stories" for VR

We are working on a project where I want to give 8 people VR-goggles. They have to experience the same movie in Virtual Reality, the renders of the 4 movies (each with an average length of 2,5 - 3 minutes) has to look like these renders:

So it's "low poly", what will work much more quicker than photorealistic renders.
You have to design everything in 3D software (like Cinema 4D, Brush, Maya, ...) and "program" the movie in Unity.
We need to have the open source files of the designs/animations you made in your 3D software, and also the open source-files in Unity. In that case, our IT-guys can program everyting here in Belgium so it can work with our VR-glasses, the extra 4D experience like wind, warmth, etc. ...
You don't have to create the storylines, we will send the script of each little movie to you.
This work will be for a project we want to launch international (starting in Brussels, Belgium). If it works well, we will make lots of more movies together, so we can work on a regular basis.
