Do some 3D Modelling

Hello Sir, some description need to have, is there a 3d model available ? Or we need to model the school ground and surroundings from the scratch? Is the building already built or is it in a plan drawing stage? If already built what proposal do you have in mind for the project? Please kindly if you can let me know more details about the prkject it would be great cause we can calculate the workload, timeframe and budget and the feasibility of the project. I am an Architect, 3d visualizer and interior designer myself with a team of experienced architects, animator and modellers. We arw upto your project but frankly the project budget needs to be really high but might varyaccording to the description be provided. Kindly please let me know more inputs on the project. The video fom the link was made with real images and, to be honest, it didn't make me a good impression. And it was the way the movie was made, not the school.
