To whom it may concern, My name is Daryl Robbins, I am a freelancer architectural designer based in Scotland, UK. I read your brief and would love the opportunity to work on this project. On a daily basis I convert 2d building plans,sections and elevation into 3d models using sketchup. This 3d program allows views to be taken at any point within or outside the house along with allowing shadow diagrams to show how much sun the building will get at any time of the year etc. I could apply materials to the model to help demonstrate how the building would look, these could be modified based on feedback form yourself at different stages of the process. I am an easy freelancer to work with, I pride myself on my availability and will post regular updates to show working progress of the model. I have suggested an 8 day deadline for the project if you urgently require the model I would be happy to revise this following receipt all the information required. I am also able to provide a rendering service if you would like some photo-realistic views of the building. The model I will produce can either have a black and white model appearance or a textured model showing the different materials. I could apply shadows to the views and let you chose views from various different locations, internal and external.
