One big house that looks like the ref images, a 3d collage from the houses, with interior, objects (chairs, tables, rugs, pots,...etc.) this house is on the Nile so it should NOT be on flat land its on a part of a mountain (or river bank) plus a small boat with rope connected to the land. All models and textures should be original, if you downloaded the models from the net you should blend them so they are not the same, or follow the rules of the site you downloaded them from.
