Decanting Cradle

Design 3 separate, manufacturable designs for a wine decanting cradle. A wine decanting cradle is a product that mechanically allows a person to very slowly decant a bottle of wine. Often there is a light source (either artificial or a candle holder) to see the neck of the wine bottle. I am looking for three designs: 1) classic, 2) modern and 3) steam punk. Should be elegant, but able to be manufactured for less than $50 (steam punk could be higher cost).
